At BetterBasic, we believe shopping should be simple, affordable, and convenient. We work with trusted fulfillment partners to deliver your favorite everyday essentials directly to your doorstep.

1. Shipping Rates

We're happy to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders — no minimum purchase required!

There are no hidden shipping fees. Any applicable charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders typically require 1–3 business days for processing before shipment.

During busy seasons, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Business days exclude weekends and U.S. public holidays.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on product availability, warehouse location, and shipping destination.

Estimated U.S. Delivery Times:

U.S. warehouse products: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
International warehouse products: 7–14 business days after dispatch.

These are estimated transit times and do not include order processing.

Some items may arrive sooner, while others may require additional time due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or high shipping volumes.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and available tracking details.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.

5. Multiple Shipments

Some orders may contain products shipped from different fulfillment locations.

If you purchase multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.

You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments on eligible free-shipping orders.

6. Shipping Delays

Although we work hard to deliver orders promptly, occasional delays can occur due to circumstances beyond our immediate control.

If we cannot ship your order within the promised timeframe, we will contact you with updated information and provide the option to accept a revised shipping date or cancel for a refund, as required by applicable law.
